At Pratish Global Ventures, we focus on skill development and placement, partnering with NGOs to uplift communities across India through education and training. We are a non-profit organization driven by the belief that real change begins with opportunity — the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to build a better life. As an NGO and Skill Development initiative, our mission is to empower individuals through education, vocational training, and community-based support. Founded with the aim of uplifting underprivileged sections of society, we focus on providing practical, hands-on skill training that leads to meaningful employment or self-reliance. Our work spans across rural and urban areas, with special attention to youth, women, and marginalized communities who are often left behind in mainstream development.

We offer a wide range of training programs in areas such as digital literacy, tailoring, beauty & wellness, electrical work, computer skills, entrepreneurship, and more. These programs are designed not only to teach skills but to build confidence, encourage independence, and open up real opportunities in the job market.

But our work doesn’t stop at skilling. We also engage in awareness campaigns, community outreach, and partnerships with government schemes and private organizations to extend our impact. Whether it’s helping a school dropout start a career, supporting a woman in setting up her own business, or guiding a youth towards job placement — we stand beside every individual we serve, every step of the way.
